How To Deactivate/Opt Out Of MTN XtraValue Tariffs Plan

If you are no longer comfortable with the MTN XtraValue Tariffs Plan, you can easily deactivate or opt out of the plan anytime as long as you have enough airtime in your phone. Because there will be a charge fee of N100 if you choose to leave the plan within one month.

There is no special code to opt out of the plan, all you have to do is to migrate to any of your desire MTN plans. For example, you can choose to migrate to MTN pulse by dialing *406# or you can also choose to migrate to MTN M-pulse with *344#. After the migration, you will automatically deactivate from MTN XtraValue Tariffs Plan and be on any of the plan you choose. Note: After the deactivation, you won’t be able to use the bundle balance on the new plan you migrated to.
